By using the Savigo application (the “App”), you agree to comply with the terms and conditions below. Please read these terms carefully before using the App.
1. License to Use
You are granted a personal, non‑transferable license to download, install, and use the App on your personal device for managing your individual savings records.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use the App for commercial purposes without prior written permission from the App owner.
2. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of all activities that occur under the app on your device.
You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose and not engage in any actions that may harm, interfere with, or disrupt the App’s functionality.
The App does not store or process personal information. You are solely responsible for protecting your own data and personal information while using the App.
3. Privacy and Data Security
Any data collected during your use of the App is handled in accordance with the App’s Privacy Policy.
We do not share your personal data with third parties without your consent.
4. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided “as is,” without guarantees that it will be error‑free or uninterrupted.
We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App, including data loss or financial losses.
You understand that the App is a tool for managing information and does not constitute financial or legal advice.
5. Subscription Terms
The App offers a 7‑day free trial with full access to all features.
After the 7‑day trial, you may purchase an annual subscription or a lifetime plan to continue using the App. Without upgrading, access to the App will be discontinued.
Details about pricing, subscription duration, and benefits are clearly displayed in the App before you confirm your purchase.
6. Subscription Renewal and Cancellation
The App offers auto‑renewing subscription plans. Annual subscriptions will automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
Managing and Canceling Subscriptions
On iOS (Apple App Store):
Go to Device Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
On Android (Google Play Store):
Go to Google Play Store → Account → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions.
Payments
- iOS: Your purchase will be charged to your Apple ID account.
- Android: Your purchase will be charged to your Google account.
Refunds
Prorated refunds for unused time are not supported. Refund eligibility (if any) will follow Apple’s or Google’s respective policies.
7. Termination of Use
You may stop using the App at any time.
The App owner reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access if any violations of these Terms are detected.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by applicable international commercial standards.
Any disputes arising from your use of the App will first be addressed through amicable negotiation. If unresolved, they will be handled by a competent authority or dispute‑resolution mechanism depending on your jurisdiction.
9. Changes to the Terms
We may modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be clearly communicated within the App.
Your continued use of the App after updates indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
