1. App Store Purchases
Our apps are distributed exclusively through official app stores (Apple App Store and Google Play Store).
All purchases are processed by these platforms, not by us directly.
Refund requests must be submitted through the app store where you made the purchase.
1.1 Apple App Store
For purchases made via the Apple App Store:
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Select the app purchase you want to refund
- Follow Apple’s refund process
1.2 Google Play Store
For purchases made via Google Play Store:
- Open the Google Play Store app
- Go to Account → Purchase History
- Find the app purchase and select Request a refund
- Follow Google’s refund process
Note: Google Play typically allows automatic refunds within 2 hours of purchase. After that, requests are reviewed individually.
2. In-App Purchases
Refunds for in-app purchases follow the same app store policies. Please submit your request through the store where the purchase was made.
3. Subscription Cancellations
For subscription-based services:
- You can cancel anytime through your app store account settings
- Cancellation stops automatic renewal for the next billing cycle
- You retain access to subscription features until the end of your current billing period
- We do not offer partial refunds for unused subscription time
4. Special Circumstances
If you experience a significant technical issue and cannot use the app as intended, and the app store refund process was unsuccessful, please contact us directly:
- Include purchase details (date, app name, transaction ID if available)
- Describe the technical issue
- Provide device model and operating system version
- List any troubleshooting steps you’ve tried
While we cannot process refunds for app store purchases, we will assist in resolving technical issues or guide you through special cases.
